About Us

Nace Cohen, a CPA since 1983, graduated from The University of Florida and spent much of his career with major real estate accounting and consulting firms. He is highly trained in all types of small business accounting and tax services with a broad base in different industry segments. In addition, he has a special interest in real estate taxation. He lectures frequently on 1031 exchanges throughout the State of Florida to the real estate community, and is a graduate of the Florida Association of Realtors Instructor Training Institute (FAR ITI), teaching income taxation and 1031 Exchanges for the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and other educational programs sponsored by FAR and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
